How can I have an access ?

After choosing a plan that suites your SEO needs, you will be invited to create an account. Once your account is created (it takes just few minutes), you will be redirected to your ClientSpace where you can find your proxy access configurations.

I forgot my proxy password

Just click on "Resend me the proxy password" and you will receive via email your proxy password.

How can I renew my subscription ?

You can renew your subscription by clicking on "Renew your proxy" in your ClientSpace. the renew feature gives you additional 30 days to your actual expiration day. You can renew your proxy at any time.

I want to upgrade my subscription, how ?

You can upgrade your subscription to obtain more Threads and scrap faster. Just click on "Upgrade Now" in your ClientSpace. REMEMBER, the upgrade feature reset your expiration date.

Do you notify me about the expiration day ?

Yes, you will receive notifications via email 7 days before your expiration date.

My proxy is expired, can I reactivate it ?

Once your proxy is deactivated, you will have 7 more days before deleting your proxy. you can reactivate it by clicking on "reactivate" on your ClientSpace. You can also upgrade your proxy directly by clicking on "Upgrade". In this case your proxy will be activated and upgraded in the same time.

My proxy access is deleted, can I re-subscribe with the same email.

Yes, you can use the same email to subscribe again. your transactions history is keeped even after account deletion.

I have an issue with my proxy, how can i report it ?

You can report any issue by clicking on "Report an issue".
